Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

6:55 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C
  • 1 Magnum Heat Accelerated Cap
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:00 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes & did abs

Meal 1 – 9:50 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 12:15 pm

  • 14 oz egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 3:00 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • 60 g dry Cottage Cheese
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 4 – 5:45 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • 60 g dry Cottage Cheese
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 5 – 8:35 pm

  • 48 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 15 g Walnuts
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps

Fell asleep around 10:20…

Meal 6 – 2:18 am

  • 8 oz egg white
  • 24 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
