Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms & Calves

7:35 am

  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 9:50 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 22 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 12:20 pm

  • 2.2 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 11 oz egg white
  • ½ stalk broccoli

2:40 pm – Pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

3:35 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

4:45 pm – Post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 37 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 3 – 5:25 pm

  • 16 oz potato
  • 9 oz chicken

Meal 4 – 7:35 pm

  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil

Meal 5 – 9:40 pm

  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 4 oz egg white
  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

Meal 6 – 12:30 am

  • 48 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
