Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

8:20 am

  • 1 Magnum Heat Accelerated
  • 4 Magnum Big C
  • 4 oz of black coffee
  • 6 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder

9:25 am – Went for a 55 minute walk and then did abs

Meal 1 – 11:20 am

  • 3.5 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 1:30 pm

  • 2.2 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 14 oz of egg white
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 4:20 pm

  • 11 oz chicken breast & steak (eye of round)
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid caps

Meal 4 – 7:15 pm

  • 11 oz chicken breast & steak (eye of round)
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid caps

Meal 5 – 10:15 pm

  • 240 g canned tuna
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Meal 6 – 12:10 am

  • 48 g Magnum Quattro
  • 3 Magnum Acid caps
  • 16 g Walnut pieces
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
