Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

9:20 am

  • 1 Magnum Heat Accelerated
  • 4 oz of black coffee
  • 6 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder

10:05 am – Rode bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 11:30 am

  • 3.5 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 35 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 1:30 pm

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 14 oz of egg white
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 4:05 pm

  • 11 oz steak (eye of round)
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 4 – 6:00 pm

  • 42 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 16 g Walnuts
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 5 – 9:00 pm

  • 10 oz Tilapia
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Meal 6 – 11:15 pm

  • 35 g Magnum Quattro
  • 150 dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
