- 180 g of canned tuna
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 1.2 oz of oatmeal
1:45 pm – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)
2:50 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)
3:55 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 3 – 5:03 pm
