Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

7:45 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
  • 2 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:35 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 10:10 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g low fat plain natural yogurt
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 12:30 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • 1 ½ cups of whole grain grits
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 2:45 pm

  • 5 oz chicken breast
  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

Meal 4 – 5:20 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

Meal 5 – 8:15 pm

  • 52 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 13 almonds
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

Meal 6 – 11:00 pm

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 130 g dry cottage cheese
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro
  • 10 g Magnum G (Glutamine)
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge

11:30 pm – 4 Magnum Thrust
