Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

7:00 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
  • 2 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 oz of black coffee

7:45 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 8:45 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 10 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 11:20 am

  • 9 oz tilapia
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 2:00 pm

  • 10 oz chicken
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 4 – 4:30 pm

  • 50 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 9 almonds
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 5 – 7:30 pm

  • 11 oz salmon
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Capsules

Meal 6 – 9:45 pm

  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 30 Magnum Quattro
  • 10 g Magnum G
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
