Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms & Calves

7:30 am

  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:05 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 9:20 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 11:40 am

  • 10 oz mix chicken breast & steak (eye of round)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 9 stalks of asparagus

2:15 pm – Pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

3:15 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

4:35 pm – Post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 37 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 3 – 5:30 pm

  • 16 oz potato
  • 10 oz mix chicken breast & steak (eye of round)

Meal 4 – 8:15 pm

  • 9 stalks of asparagus
  • 10 oz mix chicken breast & steak (eye of round)

Meal 5 – 11:05 pm

  • 7 stalks of asparagus
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro
  • 143 g dry cottage cheese
  • 175 g plain natural yogurt
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

12:00 – 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules

Meal 6 – 1:00 am

  • 48 g Magnum Quattro
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
