Don’t worry – you won’t be! Developing mounds of muscle mass takes years and years of lifestyle consistency and proper training. If it were so easy, gyms would be full of very muscular people. However, it’s amazing how much losing 7-10 lbs of body fat and adding 3-5lbs of muscle will change your appearance – this can be achieved in a relatively short period of time.

Adding muscle is what will give you pleasing aesthetic shape. Combine added muscle with lower body fat levels and you’ve got a look that very few have!
