High Carbohydrate Day – Trained Legs

Meal 1 – 5:55 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g of low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

8:45 am – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C capsules)

9:45 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

11:30 am – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 12:40 pm (cheat meal)

  • 6 slices of sprouted wheat Squirrelly bread
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¼ cucumber
  • Cheddar cheese (roughly 3 oz)
  • 1 Toblerone chocolate bar

Meal 3 – 3:10 pm

  • 3.5 oz oatmeal
  • 35 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½ apple
  • 175 g natural plain low fat yogurt

Meal 4 – 5:25 pm

  • 3 oz oatmeal
  • 11 oz egg white
  • ½ apple

Meal 5 – 7:30ish (cheat meal)

  • Butter chicken
  • White rice and peas
  • Chick pea stuff
  • naan
  • cheesecake
  • trifle

Meal 6 – 10:50 pm

  • 175 g yogurt
  • 35 Magnum Quattro
  • 1 heaping scoop Magnum Performance Edge Greens
