Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms & Calves

5:45 am

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 1 Magnum Heat accelerated

6:40 am – Rode bike for 47 minutes & did abs

Meal 1 – 8:30 am

  • 4.0 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 3 Magnum Acid


10:00 am – Pre-workout (30 g dextrose, 30 g Maltodextrin, 30 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

12:10 pm – Post-workout (30 g dextrose, 30 g Maltodextrin, 40 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 –1:05 pm

  • 9 oz steak (eye of round)
  • 4 slices Silver Hills Squirelly Bread
  • 1.2 oz of oatmeal

Meal 3 – 3:15 pm

  • 175 g natural low fat plain yogurt
  • 41 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 4 – 5:45 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid caps

Meal 5 – 8:10 pm

  • 9 oz steak eye of round
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps

Meal 6 – 10:40 pm

  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro
  • 3 Magnum Acid caps
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
