High Carbohydrate Day – Trained Legs

Meal 1 – 9:55 am

• 5 oz oatmeal
• 2 whole eggs
• 9 oz of egg white
• 1 banana
• 175 g plain low fat yogurt
• 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
• 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 12:10 pm

• 4 oz oatmeal
• 9 oz egg whites
• ½ green apple

1:40 pm – pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C capsules)

2:40 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

4:05 pm – post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 38 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 3 – 5:20 pm

• 2 gym wraps
• 1 gym cookie (cheat meal)

Meal 4 – 8:10 pm

• 4 oz oatmeal
• ½ green apple
• 32 g Quattro

Meal 5 – 9:30 pm

• 2.2 oz oatmeal
• ½ banana
• 175 g natural plain yogurt
• 22 g Magnum Quattro
• 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
• 4 Magnum Thrust
• 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C
