Medium Carbohydrate Day – Legs

Meal 1 – 6:00 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

8:05 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

8:50 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

10:10 am – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 11:15 am (cheat meal)

  • 2 gym wraps
  • 1 gym cookie

Meal 3 – 2:20 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 10 oz egg whites
  • 1 small apple

Meal 4 – 5:20 pm

  • 3 slices of Silver Hills Squirelly Bread
  • 7 oz chicken breast
  • ½ banana

Meal 5 – 7:30 pm

  • 3 oz oatmeal
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro
  • 175 g natural low fat plain yogurt
  • ½ banana

Meal 6 – 10:00 pm

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • ½ apple
  • 175 g natural low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
