- 6 slices of squirelly bread
- 7 oz chicken breast
- 1 Labrada Lean Body bar
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 tomato
Meal 3 – 3:10 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 10 oz egg whites
- ½ apple
Meal 4 – 5:30 pm
- 2 cups whole grain grits
- 7 oz chicken
- ½ green apple
Meal 6 – 7:35 pm
- 1 ½ cups whole grain grits
- ¾ cups kidney beans
- 3 oz lean pork
- ½ green apple
Meal 6 – 10:05 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 27 g Magnum Quattro
- 175 g plain natural yogurt
