Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

7:30 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C
  • 2 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes

Meal 1 – 9:35 am

  • 3.5 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 12:22 pm

  • 12 oz egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2.3 oz oatmeal
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 2:30 pm

  • 52g Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 12 g walnut pieces
  • ½ stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

Meal 4 – 5:30 pm

  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 4 oz red meat
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Meal 5 – 8:05 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 6 – 11:30 pm

  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules

11:45

  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
