Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms

6:35 am

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 1 Magnum Heat Accelerated
  • 6 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder

7:35 am –  ~50 minute walk and then did abs

Meal 1 – 9:30 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


11:15 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

11:55 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

1:10 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 –2:20 pm

  • 9 oz steak (top round)
  • 16 oz potato

Meal 3 – 4:42 pm

  • 175 g low fat plain yogurt
  • ½  stalk broccoli
  • 40 g Magnum Quattro
  • 3 Magnum Acid

Meal 4 – 6:45 pm

  • 240 g of canned tuna
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 5 – 9:15 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Fell asleep…woke up at 12:07am (Meal 6) and had:

  • 28 g Magnum Quattro
  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Caps
