High Carbohydrate Day – chest, front & side delts

Meal 1 – 6:50 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g low fat natural plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


9:00 am – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules) + 1 cup of quick oats oatmeal

10:30 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

11:50 am – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder)

Meal 2 – 12:40 pm

  • 6 slices of squirelly bread
  • 7 oz chicken breast
  • 1 Labrada Lean Body bar
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 tomato

Meal 3 – 3:10 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 10 oz egg whites
  • ½ apple

Meal 4 – 5:30 pm

  • 2 cups whole grain grits
  • 7 oz chicken
  • ½ green apple

Meal 6 – 7:35 pm

  • 1 ½ cups whole grain grits
  • ¾ cups kidney beans
  • 3 oz lean pork
  • ½ green apple

Meal 6 – 10:05 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 27 g Magnum Quattro
  • 175 g plain natural yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
