High Carbohydrate Day – chest, front & side delts

Meal 1 – 8:45 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 9 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 11:30 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 9 oz egg whites
  • ½ apple

Meal 3 – 1:15 pm

  • 2.7 oz oatmeal
  • 35 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½ apple

2:40 pm – pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

3:20 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

4:30 pm – post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder)

Meal 4 – 5:30 pm

  • 16 oz potato
  • 1 can tuna

Meal 5 – 7:40 pm

  • 7oz chicken
  • 4 slices squirelly bread
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber

Meal 6 – 9:45 pm

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • 25 g Magnum Quattro
  • 175 g plain natural yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
