7:00 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs
Meal 1 – 9:30 am
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 1 whole egg
- 10 oz of egg white
- ½ green apple
- 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 5 g Magnum G
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 2 – 11:40 am
- 10 oz chicken
- 8.4 oz potato
- ½ stalk of broccoli
Meal 3 – 2:15 pm
- 10 oz chicken breast
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- 3 Magnum Acid Caps
Meal 4 – 4:50 pm
- 45 g Quattro
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
- 1 cup spinach + ½ stalk broccoli
- 5 g Magnum G
Meal 5 – 7:40 pm
- 10 oz chicken
- 15 almonds
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 6 – 10:00 pm
- 150 g dry cottage cheese
- 28 g Magnum Quattro
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
