8:05 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

- 8 oz of egg white
- ½ banana
- 175 g natural plain yogurt
- 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
