Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms & calves

6:30 am

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules

7:30 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 8:40 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 140 g of low fat plain natural yogurt
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 26 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


10:40 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 4 g ultimate nutrition BCAAs)

11:30 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

12:55 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g ultimate nutrition BCAAs)

Meal 2 –2:00 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • 5 slices of Squirelly bread
  • 1 whole egg

Meal 3 – 4:40 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½  stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

Meal 4 – 7:00 pm

  • 45 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 20 g walnut pieces
  • ½ stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 5 – 9:30 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 6 – 11:22 pm

  • 27 g Magnum Quattro
  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge

11:45 pm

  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
