High Carbohydrate Day – Trained Legs

Meal 1 – 9:15 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 apple
  • 15 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


10:15 am – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C capsules)

10:50 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

12:15 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 12:55 pm (cheat meal)

  • Sushi (lots of rolls, various rolls, a nice assortment of rolls, good tasty rolls)
  • 1 gym cookie

Meal 3 – 4:20 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 24 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g natural plain low fat yogurt

Meal 4 – 7:04 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 6 oz egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g natural plain low fat yogurt

Meal 5 – 9:45 pm

  • 7 oz chicken breast
  • 4 slices of Squirelly bread
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 small apple

10:45

  • 4 Magnum Thrust Caps
