Meal 2 – 11:00 am
- 2.8 oz oatmeal
- 1 whole egg
- 9 oz of egg white
- 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 3 – 1:40 pm
- 11 oz steak
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 4 – 4:55 pm
- 11 oz steak
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 5 – 7:25 pm

- 1 whole egg
- 20 g Walnut pieces
