Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

5:15 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
  • 2 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 oz of black coffee

5:45 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes

Meal 1 – 8:30 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 11:00 am

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 9 oz of egg white
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 1:40 pm

  • 11 oz steak
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 4 – 4:55 pm

  • 11 oz steak
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 5 – 7:25 pm

  • 55 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 20 g Walnut pieces
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

Meal 6 – 9:40 pm

  • 120 g canned tuna
  • 100 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge

10:15 pm – 4 Magnum Thrust
