Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

6:35 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 1 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 oz of black coffee

7:20 am – I rode stationary bike for 41 minutes

Meal 1 – 9:00 am

  • 3.5 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 33 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 11:53 am

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • 10 oz chicken
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 2:30 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed

Meal 4 – 5:53 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed

Meal 5 – 8:10 pm

  • 50 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 14 g Walnut pieces
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 6 – 10:30 pm

  • 10 oz egg white
  • 90 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
