Medium Carbohydrate Day – Back & Calves

7:51 am

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules

8:45 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 10:05 am

  • 4.0 oz oatmeal
  • 175 natural plain yogurt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 –12:05 pm

  • 2.2 oz oatmeal
  • 8 oz egg whites
  • 2 whole egg

2:00 pm – Pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

2:40 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

3:45 pm – Post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 3 – 4:45 pm

  • 16 oz potato
  • 9 oz chicken breast

Meal 4 – 7:15 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 5 – 9:15 pm

  • 175 g yogurt
  • 42 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

10:15 pm – 4 Magnum Thrust capsules

Woke up…

Meal 6 – 12:40 am

  • 8 oz egg whites
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
