Medium Carbohydrate Day – Back & Calves

6:30 am

  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

7:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 8:45 am

  • 4.0 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 15 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 11:00 am

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 2:30 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Capsules

3:25 pm – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

4:15 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

5:55 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 39 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 4 – 7:00 pm

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 9 oz chicken breast

Meal 5 – 8:30 pm

  • 45 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 10 Almonds
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 6 – 11:00 pm

  • 6 oz egg whites
  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
  • 3 Magnum Acid Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
