Medium Carbohydrate Day – Trained Arms and Calves

9:00 am

  • 8 Magnum DNA Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

9:30 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 11:30 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 –1:30 am

  • 14 oz egg white
  • 1.2 oz oatmeal
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 3:30 pm

  • 2 cans tuna
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Capsules

4:45 pm – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

5:39 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

7:15 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 4 – 8:00 pm

  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 4 oz potato
  • 1 ½ cups of brown rice

Meal 5 – 9:30 pm

  • 52 g Quattro
  • 8 almonds
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 6 – 11:30 pm

  • 175 g dry cottage cheese
  • 30 Magnum Quattro
  • 5 g Magnum G (Glutamine)
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
