Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

8:45 am

  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Thrust
  • 2 Magnum Heat caps
  • 4 oz of black coffee

9:30 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 11:00 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 8 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 1:15 pm

  • 2.7 oz oatmeal
  • 12 oz egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 3 – 4:05 pm

  • 9 oz chicken
  • ½ stalk broccoli

5:00 pm – 4 Magnum Big C Capsules

Meal 4 – 6:00 pm

  • 9 oz chicken
  • ½ stalk broccoli

Meal 5 – 8:40 pm

  • 50g Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 8 almonds
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vitamin C

Meal 6 – 11:00 pm

  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 8 oz of egg whites
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
