High Carbohydrate Day – Trained Legs

Meal 1 – 8:30 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 10 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


10:30 am – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C capsules)

11:20 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

12:45 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 38 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 1:35 pm

  • 2 ½ cups brown rice
  • 7oz chicken
  • 1 gym cookie (Treat)

Meal 3 – 4:00 pm

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken
  • ½ green apple

Meal 4 – 6:35 pm

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 28 g Quattro
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt

Meal 5 – 9:30 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 10 oz egg white

11:25 pm – 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust

Meal 6 – 11:55 pm

  • 2.2 oz oatmeal
  • 175 g plain natural yogurt
  • 28 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
