High Carbohydrate Day – chest, front & side delts

Meal 1 – 9:25 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 – 12:00 pm

  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken
  • ½ apple

Meal 3 – 2:00 pm

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 10 oz egg white
  • ½ green apple

3:15 pm – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

4:15 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

5:40 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 4 – 6:20 pm

  • 1 ½ cups of brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken

Meal 5 – 8:35 pm

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 28 g Magnum Protein powder
  • 175 plain yogurt
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 6 – 10:55 pm

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 10 oz egg white
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
