Medium Carbohydrate Day – Back + Calves

7:30 am

  • 8 Magnum DNA Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 9:45 am

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

11:15 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

12:00 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

1:30 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 –2:15 am

  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 2 large chicken breasts (didn’t measure as I ate this at the gym – guesstimate to be 12oz)

Meal 3 – 4:25 pm

  • 40 g Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 4 – 6:50 pm

  • 1.1 oz oatmeal
  • 14 oz egg whites
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 5 – 9:20 pm

  • 9 oz chicken
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 6 – 11:45 pm

  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 25 Magnum Quattro
  • 5 g Magnum G (Glutamine)
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
