Low Carbohydrate Day – No Training Today

6:45 am

  • 8 Magnum DNA Capsules
  • 4 Magnum Big C Capsules
  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

7:30 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 9:00 am

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 25 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 2 – 11:00 am

  • 7.8 oz potato
  • 10.4 oz chicken breast
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 1:30 pm

  • 5 oz chicken breast
  • 150 dry cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps

Meal 4 – 3:30 pm

  • 50 g Quattro
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 5 – 6:30 pm

  • 10 oz chicken
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps
  • 2 tsp of flaxseed oil

Meal 6 – 9:30 pm

  • 175 g dry cottage cheese
  • 25 Magnum Quattro
  • 5 g Magnum G (Glutamine)
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
