Meal 1 – 7:45 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


10:30 pm – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

11:15 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

1:00 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 5 g Magnum G, 18 g Magnum Serum, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 1:45 pm

  • 2 ½ cups of brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken
  • 1 gym cookie (treat\cheat)

Meal 3 – 3:55 pm

  • 2 ½ cups of brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken
  • 1 green apple

Meal 4 – 6:09 pm

  • 4 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 37 g Magnum Protein powder
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C

Meal 5 – 8:30 pm

  • 1 ½ cups of brown rice
  • 7 oz chicken
  • ½ green apple

Meal 6 – 11:00 pm

  • 2.8 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 30 g Magnum Protein powder
  • 175 g plain yogurt
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
